  • 6 -8 white onions
  • 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • cracker crumb

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and butter a casserole dish.
  2. Slice white onions to pretty much fill casserole.
  3. Dilute celery soup with milk; add grated cheese and pour over onions.
  4. Sprinkle top evenly with cracker crumbs.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
