- 6 -8 white onions
- 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- cracker crumb
- Preheat oven to 350F and butter a casserole dish.
- Slice white onions to pretty much fill casserole.
- Dilute celery soup with milk; add grated cheese and pour over onions.
- Sprinkle top evenly with cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 1 hour.
