Can the fat and calorie count on this be right?!! I sure hope so, because I'm on a diet and loved having bacon and cheese and milk......things I really shouldn't be having! This is delicious. I halved the recipe, and my serving size was 1/4 of that, but have no fear, I'll take care of the leftovers!!! Thanks for sharing!

This was a really nice take on creamed spinach. The lemon juice and zest gave it an added dimension that was delicious! I will be making this again. It was pretty easy, too! Thanks for sharing this.
