Creamed Corn Bake

"If you like scalloped corn you will love this. I have taken this d to pot lucks, get togethers etc. and I always come home with an empty dish. This recipe was given to me by a friend years ago so I have no idea as to its originality."

  1. Made this for a side dish for family Christmas dinner. I was complimented on it and hubby said it was a "do-over". High praise from a man who doesn't like "creamed corn"

  2. Nice easy to put together side dish. A keeper, thanks!

I live in La Crosse which is on the Mississippi river between Chicago and the Twin Cities. I have never worked outside my home but sew and sew. I make Barbie doll clothes to sell. Love to work jigsaw and crossword puzzles and also Scrabble. I also collect cookbooks. And I am a Christian. I would like to be noted, not as a chef number but as "WI Cheddarhead".An after thought I think it is best if a space is between WI and Cheddarhead.
