  • Over medium heat, combine milk, onion, mustards, and beef in sauce pan.
  • Mix together flour and butter until very smooth. (The smoother this is, the less chance the gravy will taste like flour.).
  • Add flour/butter to milk.
  • Heat to just before boiling.
  • Simmer to reach desired texture.
  • Serve over toast.
