Directions

  1. Over medium heat, combine milk, onion, mustards, and beef in sauce pan.
  2. Mix together flour and butter until very smooth. (The smoother this is, the less chance the gravy will taste like flour.).
  3. Add flour/butter to milk.
  4. Heat to just before boiling.
  5. Simmer to reach desired texture.
  6. Serve over toast.
