We got this recipe from a family friend.
- 4 (1 ounce) envelopes Herb-ox very-low-sodium chicken broth
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add flour and stir until smooth.
- Add all broth and milk at once and stir constantly over medium heat until thick.
- Add other ingredients and heat through.
- Serve with drop biscuits by Bisquick.
