Creamed Brussels Sprouts

A tasty way to do Brussels Sprouts.

  1. Saute bacon and onion together until lightly golden, about 6-7 minutes.
  2. Add to cooked sprouts.
  3. Mix in sour cream and season to taste.
  4. Serve warm.

This was very good. DH especially liked them. Not quite sure if I had 1 1/2 lbs. of sprouts, but I cut back on the sour cream as other reviewers suggested. Probably used half a cup and that amount worked well.
