Adapted from Chef's DiB's Root Beer Jelly. Easy and quick!

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pectin.
  2. Heat to boiling stirring to dissolve sugar.
  3. Add pectin.
  4. Bring to a rolling boil ( a boil that that cannot be stirred down)
  5. stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  6. Ladle into clean hot jars and process for
  7. 5 minutes in a boiling water bath canner.
