  • Saute onion and garlic in the butter until soft.
  • Add pumpkin, sugar, nutmeg and curry.
  • Add stock and bayleaf.
  • simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Remove bayleaf.
  • Puree in blender (Hand held blender is fine) with milk.
  • Season to taste and finish with cream and chives.
