  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • salt
  • 70 g mixed fruit, washed and diced (apple, pear, kiwi, cherry)
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour, dissolved in the water

directions

  • Bring the vegetable stock to a boil and stir in the fresh cream Boil for around 2 minutes Add salt.
  • Thicken with cornstarch.
  • Add the mixed fruit and heat through.
  • You can serve hot or refrigerate for 10-15 mins before serving.
