WOW! Just delicious! This has to be the best white bread recipe I have tried so far.I am always looking for new and unique recipes to try in my bread maker, and this one is now at the top of the list. You have to try this recipe ASAP!I know cream cheese can be expensive,so I always wait for a sale and then pack some away in the freezer for later use. I only used 2 TBS. of sugar and it was perfect. My husband really enjoyed this bread!Oh, and I used 2 tsp. of yeast!Thank you for this recipe Marie!

Great recipe. DH wanted cheese rolls like a local restaurant, so I used no sugar, but 1 tablespoon honey, and shaped into balls, stuffed 1 tablespoon sharp cheddar, and raised and baked normally...total hit!

Can't believe that I have never reviewed this recipe! It is one of my favorites. The dough is very easy to work with. Makes great cinnamon rolls or cinnamon bread! I have even made apple cinnamon bread using some chopping apples in the filling. Just great!

I had half a block of cream cheese to use up, and came across this recipe. The dough mixed up wonderfully in the bread maker, and then made out-of-this-world cinnamon rolls. :) Really good; thanks for sharing!!

Unless you really like sweet stuff, you'll want to tone down the sugar a bit. I'm used to putting a bit of jam or cream cheese on my bread, but this bread was way too sweet for that. Makes a great dessert bread, but the cream cheese flavor almost vanishes when cooked inside the bread.

This dough makes awesome cinnamon rolls! I made the dough in the bread machine, then rolled it out and spread margarine on it, sprinkled it with cinnamon and brown sugar, then rolled up and sliced into rolls. Let rise and baked at 350 for about 20 minutes. MMM MMM GOOD!

A great "new" bread recipe at our house. I used half wholewheat and half white bread flour, Splenda for the sweetner and reduced fat cream cheese. I thought it was a little too sweet for everyday use, great for toast however. The texture was great. Will be making this again. I felt that this was a one pound loaf size instead of a 1 1 1/2 pound. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

This has become our standard "white" dinner roll recipe! It's so easy and I almost always have the ingredients on hand. Delicious flavor!

I made this bread by hand today, and it came out beautiful. Lovely texture and flavor, and smelled delicious while it was baking, too. I even scaled the recipe for the amount of cream cheese I wanted to use (x 1.2), and that worked fine, too. Thank you very much for posting this recipe.

This recipe made excellent rolls with 100% whole wheat bread flour. I put 2 tablespoons of gluten in ONE of the cups before filling with flour, and let the dough rise to a little more than double to compensate for the heft of the whole wheat flour. The rolls were soft and delicious.

This bread is terrific! It was so hard being "good" and letting it cool w/out sneaking a taste! Thanks for posting!

This bread is delicious.I followed the excellent directions and baked it in the oven. I was kind of curious to let it bake in the bread machine but I wanted to try it this way first. I think I will make it this way all the time, which will be often. It not only tastes good it looks good and the house smells great. thanks :)

Very simple recipe. I followed it exact and would not change a thing. It seemed heavy after taking out of the oven and I was skeptical that it would be a heavy bread. To my surprise, the bread came out moist and delicious. It's a must try and must keep recipe. P.S. My dog stayed right near the oven as it was baking - she knows a good thing!

As everyone else has already said, this is a very tasty bread. I've already made it a few times. the last time I even doubled the recipe because my family finishes it off in one night. I've made rolls, a loaf bread, and a braided bread. The braided bread did not go over quite as well. Thanx for the recipe!

Love the flavour in this easy to put together bread. I made the loaf on dough cycle and then baked in oven. Delicious.

This bread was deliciously moist and dense. I made up the dough in my bread machine and then baked it in the oven. It was so very good warm with homemade raspberry jam! My only wish would be that the cream cheese flavor was a little stronger. BTW, 1/2 cup of cream cheese equals 4 oz.
