very, very good!!!!!!!!!! they have a little kick and are perfect for a snack or appetizers, if you like peppers you will LOVE these.
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- fresh jalapeno, sliced lengthwise and seeded
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise or 1⁄4 cup Miracle Whip
- 1⁄3 cup chopped pecans
- mix cream cheese, mayo or miracle whip and the pecans together, pipe or spread using butter knife into the halfed and seeded peppers.
These were soooo good. Half of them never made it to the party. the cream cheese mixture really ofsets the pepper (be sure to deseed and demembrane well) and the pecans added a nice texture
