  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour your 10 inch tube pan with remove bottom.
  3. STREUSEL: In a small bowl, stir brown sugar, baking mix, cinnamon and butter together.
  4. Mixture wiil be crumbly.
  5. CAKE: In a large bowl, add baking mix,butter,sugar, eggs, cream cheese and vanilla.
  6. Beat for 1 minute with your electric beater.
  7. Spread 1/3 (2 cups) batter into your pan.
  8. Sprinkle with 1/3 streusel (1/3 cup).
  9. Bake: in 350 degrees about 70 to 80 minutes.
  10. Let cake cool for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove sides of pan.
  12. Let the cake cool completely and then remove bottom of pan.
  13. Before serving.
  14. you can dust with confectioner's sugar if desired.
