This is a nice little switch to making scrambled eggs from the original way of just milk, eggs and S&P. I thank you for giving another option Ailsa. Made for I Recommend~

Good flavor and texture. I had to use dried chives, but added some scallions also. Had a small bit of leftover cheddar and tossed that in too! Had this on a toasted english muffin. Delicious, thanks so much for posting this.

What a terrific recipe! I wasn't too sure about how we would like the consistency of cream cheese with scrambled eggs, but it was delicious. Creamy texture and the hint of chive added a wonderful flavour. I'll make this one again! Thanks for a yummy breakfast! Made for PAC Spring 2007
