A very easy salad, and so yummy.
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 22 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
The next day I was trying to decide what I was going to do with this conglomeration that ended up not congealing. I had some Angel Food Cake, so I poured it on top. DEE-LICIOUS. There is ALWAYS an alternative.
