I felt like something a little sweet but needed to watch my carbs. This satisfies the sweet tooth and is full of fiber, as well
- 1 (8 ounce) can pumpkin
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- Melt cream cheese in microwave, about 1-2 minutes.
- Mix pumpkin, spices, sugar substitute and egg in bowl.
- Microwave 5-6 minutes until dry on top.
