I made this today to have something for the grandchildren to eat after school. Only had three eggs so made half the recipe and it turned out beauful. It made a nice bundt size cake. I did sprinkle a little granulated sugar in the bottom of the pan after I floured it. When they grands get here this afternoon, I'll serve it with strawberries and whipped cream. Will definitely make this one again. Thanks Caryn for a real keeper.

I made this recipe on a whim and it turned out GREAT! I was surprised at how much it made. I only expected it to make one loaf. This recipe made a full bundt pan plus a full size loaf. I had so much more than I expected, that I had to send the bundt into dh's work with a lemon glaze and it was licked clean within the hour. Our loaf was gone in no time also...yummy.
