- 6 potatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1⁄2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 dash milk
directions
- Boil potatoes and Drain.
- Beat with mixer until smooth.
- Add cream cheese, butter and milk.
- Put in casserole dish with pats of additional butter on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 300 to 350 degrees.

I too make these potatoes when we want a switch from regular 'old' mashed poatoes. The only thing I do differently is chop up some fresh green onions (usually one bunch for a big bowl of potatoes) and throw them in and mix it up right before serving. I usually make them when I make meatballs & gravy. Umm yummy!
