- 9 large potatoes, peeled and halved
- 6 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender.
- Mash potatoes until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
This is the only way I make mash potatoes. It has been a family favorite for a long time.
