A wonderful appetizer that is sure to be a hit at any party or get together.


  1. Drain peppers.
  2. Mix peppers and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Spread on tortillas and then roll up and cut into five 1-inch pieces.
  4. Serve chilled.

I used Boursin Black Pepper cheese in the absence of jalapeno cheese in France - a simple lunch dish that my daughter raved over and has copied the recipe, she is a student, so this is a great meal for her! Made for PAC Spring 2009.
