Make and share this Cream Cheese Pepper Wrap recipe from Food.com.
- 1 (8 ounce) containerof soft philadelphia jalapeno flavored cream cheese (chopped)
- 3 flour tortillas
- Drain peppers.
- Mix peppers and cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread on tortillas and then roll up and cut into five 1-inch pieces.
- Serve chilled.
I used Boursin Black Pepper cheese in the absence of jalapeno cheese in France - a simple lunch dish that my daughter raved over and has copied the recipe, she is a student, so this is a great meal for her! Made for PAC Spring 2009.
