Cream Cheese Mold

This is recipe that my Mom had. When she passed, I got her old recipe book with all her pieces of odd papers with all the different recipes on them, and I tried to make some semblance of them, here is one of them, I remember enjoying this many times when I was young.

Ingredients:

Servings: 6

• 1 (85 g) package orange Jell-O
• 1 (85 g) package pineapple Jell-O
• ½ cup pineapple juice
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 (250 g) package cream cheese
• 1 (85 g) package Dream Whip
• salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

1. Add together orange and pineapple jello, pineapple juice and boiling water. Let stand until almost firm.
2. Beat dream whip and 1/2 cup cold milk; cream cheese until smooth; add other ingredients.
3. Fold in Dream Whip. Put in mold.
