  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes.

I made this tonight for dinner and although it isnt the prettiest thing to look at, it tasted yummy. I made sure to mix my cream cheese thoroughly with the meat. Also, I'd definitely decrease the salt next time as it was a tad too much for my taste. Thanks for sharing!

What did I do wrong? It looked like something out of one of the Alien movies when I took it out of the oven. I thought the cream cheese would melt but it stayed in globs. I didn't like it, but my husabnd did.

This was very tasty and easy. I used turkey instead of beef. This would be a good base to add your own seasonings or different veggies (roasted red pepper perhaps?).
