I have found the cream chesse Icing of my dreams. Bert this is so very good and easy to mix. Easy to spead on the cake and all. I used it on Pineapple Cake. I will keep this one .

This is just perfect! The cream cheese isn't too strong, perfect blend of ingredents. I used it for chocolate cupcakes, I will be using this one again and again. THANKS!

Delicious bert. My go to recipe for cream cheese icing from now on. Quick easy to make, nice velvety texture and soft tang. We loved it. Served on Finnish Spice Cake. Thanks for sharing this treat.

Just right! I made banana muffins and topped it off with this icing! I liked the fact that it wasn't overly sweet to overpower the banana flavor of the muffins! Thanks for posting bert!

I made this for an American flag cake to watch the England-US World Cup game last night in Germany. Everyone was in love with the frosting and asking me how I made it. It turned out great. I did, however, use less sugar than it called for. With less than 2 cups of sugar the frosting was already stiff and more than sweet enough for me. Thanks for a great recipe!

Delicious! I could eat this stuff with a spoon! :) I think the combo of cream cheese-yness and sweetness is perfect. I cut the recipe in half (that's all the powdered sugar I had on hand - glad I checked before I started mixing!) and it was the perfect amount for my 1 1/2 dozen cupcakes. Thanks for sharing this super easy, yummy recipe!

This was so good I used lower fat cream cheese and it turned out amazing I used it on Kittencal's Cinnamon Bun Kittencal's Jumbo Cinnamon Buns/Rolls.

Very simple and very good. I used it as a spread for pumpkin bread so I added a touch of ground glove, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
