    Directions:

      Blend cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, sugar and salt in blender till smooth. Transfer to bowl, then stir in cream.

      Freeze cream cheese mix in ice cream maker, transfter to airtight container and put in freezer to harden, at least 2 hours. Let ice cream soften 5 min before serving.

      i used strawberry cream cheese and added a cup of strawberries it was so creamy and i loved the way flavored cream cheese added so much

      I doubled the heavy cream, added crushed baker's chocolate and cinnamon. One warning, though. When I put this in my Cuisinart ice cream maker, even with extra liquid, it was a bit too stout for the motor. Watch it carefully as it churns and remove it if the machine sounds like it's straining. As for taste and texture? YUMMY!

      Yumm! We substituted vanilla for the lemon juice as well, and this time used 1 C cream and 1/2 C milk. Very creamy and yummy!!! Thanks!
