- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 ounce) bag grapes
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans

- Let cream cheese get to room temperature (30-60 min).
- Mix above until smooth and then add as many grapes as you want and any color.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped pecans if you want. It keeps in the refrigerator for a long time. Do not cut the grapes.
