I sometimes substitute Splenda for the sugar for a lower carb treat.
- 2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
- Mix in vanilla and almond extract.
- Slowly add in milk to acheive desired consistency.
