Here's just a great frosting that goes great on just about any type of cake, or brownies. It's smooth and rich and just plain good!
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 16 ounces powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla at medium speed till creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low speed till blended.
- Beat at high speed till smooth, stir in pecans.
