1. Everyone loved it. I used the spreadable cream cheese that comes in a tub, not the brick. It was nice and smooth. Delisious with the fresh strawberries that were between the cake layers.

 2. Even for a basic cream cheese frosting, this was amazing! I had made 23 chocolate cupcakes and wanted something vanilla but not too sweet, aomething creamy and soft, and this was perfect! The balance of flavors was excellent too, not too much butter or sugar like in other recipes I have tried. The only changes I made were: I 1/4'd the recipe, which was the perfect amount; used one fresh vanilla bean instead of vanilla extract(I like the little specks of vanilla in it); I added approx 1/2 T half&half to soften and smooth the icing. Perfect!!
Chocolate cupcake recipe I used was One-Bowl Chocolate Cupcakes by Chef #1082664
http://www.food.com/recipe/one-bowl-chocolate-cupcakes-411186

 3. I had made some brownies on 12/23/08, and wanted a frosting to "kick them up a notch" so I picked this one. And I'm very glad I did.Since I didn't need the full amount this recipe was cut in half, very easily I might add. This recipe brought the brownies up from ordinary to extraordinary. Thanks for posting and "Keep Smiling :)"

 4. WOOOOHOOOO!! DELISH! Thanks for the recipe, I followed it exactly, what a hit! I will use this often! MammaBug

 5. This frosting is to die for! I halved the recipe based on comments below and I iced 17 with that and also had a bit left over. I put it on marmalade cupcakes. Sensational!

<a href="http://bp-grafix.net/sitebuilder"target=new> I am a proud mother of three healthy boys aged 15,11 and 5. I'm originally from the tiny island of Bermuda and have been living in Edinburgh since July 2005. I've been collecting recipes since I was about 14 or 15 and been cooking and baking since then as well. I love all kinds of crafts also. In my spare time if I'm not in the kitchen; I crochet, make jewelry, bead, knit, sew, cross stitch, do plastic canvas and quilt. I have a short attention span, so I have plenty of different craft choices when I get bored of doing something. Oh, and I also like to read, listen to music, fiddle with any electronic gadget, collect dvd's and watch them, and I'm an internetaholic! :-) I keep a craft blog at http://hobbyzu.blogspot.com and I sell my crocheted items and patterns at http://hobbyzu.com. I keep pretty busy and being self employed gives me more time to explore cooking! :-) I'm mostly interested in cook books featuring regular old home cooking and favorites. When I moved to the UK I had to get rid of my cookbook collection. I did keep all my Bermudian cookbooks, charity cookbooks and 'The Foods of Israel Today' and Better Homes and Gardens 'Hometown Favorites'. <a href="http://bp-grafix.net/sitebuilder"target=new> I am most passionate when it comes to my family and caring for them. Getting to feed them is an added bonus! Lucky for me, my boys are steadily growing pigs with bottomless pits for stomachs! lol :-)
