This is my variation on a dip a friend of mine made for a party. It's great with tortilla chips!
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- Mix all ingerdients together.
- Herb amounts are estimated, adjust to taste.
A creamy, mild-flavored dip we enjoyed with veggies. Made for PAC.
