I have tended to stay away from cooking this dish, because I thought it would be difficult and time consuming. Boy was I wrong. This recipe was easy and extrememly good. My DH was really impressed. The only thing I did different was use crushed rice krispies instead of crackers, and that was only because I was out of crackers.

This was wonderful...better than any restaurant cordon blue that I have EVER had...thanks for the great recipe! It's worth the little bit of effort involved!

This was just a little twist on something I've made for a long time. The cream cheese is a very nice addition and cooking on the stovetop was very easy as well. I've always baked it in the oven and this was quicker. Thank you.

I made this several weeks ago and how could I forget!? These were great and the cream cheese does make a difference! My kids devoured this chicken, and they don't like chicken! :-) I doubled the recipe and froze the extra four. Just defrosted and heated up in the microwave. Yummy!

the bestthank you I was looking for a recipe like this,since my boyfriend kept asking me to make it for him ..glad I found this one easy and fast ....there is a trick to the tooth picks..first time had to be careful to find them before eating...so second time I made used metal tooth picks and that worked better..

I made this as part of the Photo Forum's focus on French Cuisine and it was a great choice. I did have a bit of trouble with the technique and getting it to brown well on each side, so after struggling with the first two, I just baked the last two and that worked well too. I froze the leftovers and they froze peferfectly so I will add this to my OAMC collection too. Thanks for posting! :)
