Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (2/3 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 12 cup butter
  • 2 lbs chicken (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Directions

  1. Turn slow cooker on high. Melt butter in slow cooker. Stir in Italian dressing mix.
  2. Cut chicken into 1 inch strips and place in slow cooker. Stir to coat. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Remove to plate to cool.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup and cream cheese to slow cooker. Stir to melt and mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Remove sauce from slow cooker and allow to cool. Place chicken and sauce into freezer bags. Label and freeze.
  5. To serve: thaw. Heat and stir until smooth, hot and bubbly.
