- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
- 3 eggs
- 1 pint sour cream
directions
- Grease a 9" Pyrex baking dish.
- Beat together cream cheese, 3/4 c sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and eggs. Pour into baking dish. Put dish into cold oven; turn up to 375°F and bake 20 minutes.
- Mix together sour cream, 1/4 c sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly. Turn oven up to 475°F and bake another 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave dish in oven until completely cool.
