A beautifully tender and light little bun. We made these for tea and served them with real butter and Lemon Jewel Marmalade. What a perfect combination! I used 1 tablespoon of granulated yeast instead of the cake of baker's yeast called for in in the ingredients and regular granulated sugar for the caster sugar (didn't have any). Three ounces of sugar measures out to 6 tablespoons of granulated, for you future US bakers. The dough hooks made quick work of the dough, with final kneading done by hand.
