Simple appetizer that is zingy and quick!
- 1 jar apricot preserves
- 1 (8 ounce) jar red horseradish
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- Mix first two ingredients and refrigerate for an hour or so to let flavors combine.
- Pour over a brick of cream cheese and enjoy with crackers.
i haven't tried this one but at a recent potluck dinner someone brought one that is even easier to prepare than this. Buy some jalapeno jelly (or hot pepper jelly) and pour it over a block of cream cheese. DELICIOUS!!!
This is basically the same recipe I posted under the name Jezebel Sauce. I is very unusual and extremely tasty. Try it as a dip for ham chunks.
This went over great at yesterdays potluck. I could not find red horseradish so I used hot and it was gone. I also took a dish with jalepeno jelly and one with red pepper jelly bu this one was gone first.
