Very simple and quick sandwich. Copied from a health food store's cafe. You can use any olives you'd like. My favorite are jalapeno, garlic or sun dried tomato stuffed. You could also combine different types. When I had this sandwich in the cafe, they mixed regular pimento stuffed green olives with black olives.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (to taste)
  • 10 olives, sliced (to taste)
  • salt and pepper


  1. Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread and top with sliced olives.
  2. Top with second slice of bread and toast in toaster oven or dry frying pan over medium until warm and toasty.
