This is a simple salad. Great for picnics.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Cook peas as per box directions.
  2. Layer lettuce, peas, onion.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesean cheese and Bacos.
  4. Repeat until peas are gone.
  5. Ice very thinly with Miracle whip, cover and refrigerate overnite.
  6. Toss when ready to serve (more miracle whip may be used according to taste).
