  1. Juice lemon and combine with garlic in processor. Chop finely. Add water, olive oil and garbanzo beans. Chop finely. Transfer to a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl.
  2. In a pinch you can use peanut butter in place of tahini, but it won't be the same. Tahini is ground sesame seeds and it's a paste -- mmmm.
