From Weber’s Big Book of Grilling. Brush on during the last 10 minutes of grilling; leave a little for dipping.
- 2 cups cola
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup mild chili sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- In a small saucepan, whisk together all the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; lower heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Let cool to room temperature.
