A quick, delicious Cole Slaw that will keep them coming back for more. I suggest making a double batch from the start. :)

  1. Finely chop veggies. (We used a food processor).
  2. Mix together sugar, pepper, salt, mayo, milk, vinegar and lemon juice.
  3. Pour on cabbage mixture.
  4. Chill and serve.

This was an excellent cole slaw, M & M. The apples went great with the slightly thickened dressing. I did use cider vinegar since that's what I had on hand and the shredded cole slaw mix. The more I ate the more I did start to crave this salad! Thanks for posting. Roxygirl
