I make this from the fish my husband catches. We always have lots of fish, so I try to be creative with it.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups cooked crappie fillets (baked or boiled)
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 12 cup diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 14 cup sweet gherkin, chopped
  • 13 cup French dressing
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients; chill 1 hour and serve.
