Keep this drink in mind during the holidays. You could add vanilla ice cream to make a milk shake. I found this recipe in Pop It, Stir It, Fix It, Serve It. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
- 16 ounces canned whole cranberry berry cranberry sauce
- 3 cups plain yogurt (net wt. 32oz)
- 1⁄4 cup sugar (optional)
- 2 cups crushed ice
- Process the cranberry sauce in the blender until it's no longer jellied. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Note: If you don't have a refrigerator with a crushed ice function, first process ice cubes with your blender until you get 2 cups' worth.
