- 3⁄4 cup cranberries
- 3 ounces fat-free cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- Chop cranberries finely with knife or in food processor.
- Place chopped cranberries in medium mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well with spoon.
- Spread keeps well in fridge for 3 to 4 days.
- Makes about 1 cup cranberry spread.
- Serve with crackers or pita.
