Raw cranberries are a triple threat to disease and sickness. They are full of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits. This is one delicious way to get healthy with me this holiday season!
- In a blender, puree all ingredients except the cranberries. Add the cranberries last and pulse gently so they won’t turn to mush.
- Pour into a pretty bowl and garnish with whole raw cranberries and a sprig of mint if you like.
