- 4 cups cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
directions
- Cook all together until the berries are soft and split.
- Using a coned shaped colander process the sauce and discard the skins and seeds.
- Pour sauce into containers and it will hold up in the fridge for months.
