Cranberry Sauce

Today I created a new variation on cranberry sauce, and it was delicious. I'm not a cranberry sauce lover at all (probably because of all those years of eating cranberries from a can). This is a wonderful concoction.

  1. Heat water and sugar to boiling.
  2. Add fresh cranberries and cook until they pop (10 to 12 minutes). Stir regularly.
  3. Add sliced orange, cinnamon, and nutmeg and cook stirring until sauce reaches desired texture.
