  • Wash cranberries.
  • Pick through to remove any stems.
  • In a saucepan mix sugar and water.
  • Stir to dissolve sugar.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Boil gently 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat, cool completely at room temperature and refrigerate.
