  • 1 lb cranberries, washed and picked through
  • 1 medium orange, washed, halved and cut into slices
  • 12 medium jalapeno, washed and seeded
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier

  • Freeze the cranberries, orange slices and jalapeno.
  • In a food processor, combine the frozen ingredients and pulse until everything is cut into small pieces.
  • Transfer to a mixing bow. Stir in the sugar and Grand Marnier. Cover and chill for at least 24 hours. Can be made up to 5 days in advance.
