My favorite cranberry salad. I do not like the overpowering taste of orange zest in my cranberry salad so when my aunt made this recipe, I was over joyed.
- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
- 1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce, jelled type
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped celery
- Make Jell-O according to box directions. Melt cranberry sauce in Jell-O adding 1 additional cup of water and 3 tablespoons Knox Gelatin, After Jell-O is mixed with the cranberry sauce allow to partially set. Then add the celery and walnuts, pour into mold and allow to set completely.
