Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 12 cups orange juice
  • 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 (4 ounce) package cranberry Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruit, chopped (apricots, raisins, apples)
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped,toasted
  • 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated.

Directions

  1. Mix juice, cinnamon and cloves in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil on medium heat.
  3. Add to dry jello in bowl, stir until jello is dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate 1-2hours until thickened.
  5. Stir in fruit, walnuts and orange peel.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  7. Cook time includes chilling.
